Although Pham started out doing nails, she has expanded her services based on what is on demand . For instance, in 2000, Phamtastic was the first salons in Calgary to offer microdermabrasion.

Other early introductions were the addition of permanent make up, hair removal, clinical facials, photo rejuvenation, skin revision and eyelash extension to their services.

Pham says that having nice nails makes people feel good. At the Westbrook location, clients feel even better knowing that they have their own exclusive tools for their nail services. For a small fee, client can purchase a nail kit and small storage box that has the tools needed for a manicure or a pedicure. Once the tools have been used, they are the sterilized, labeled, and stored onsite ready for client’s next visit.Being chosen winner of Gold by Readers’ Choice voters is an honour, says Pham.
